PER COURT:- 1.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is a feeding mother and seeks transfer at convenient place. The age of the child is ten months.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mrs. Zaware, the learned advocate appears for the respondent No. 3.

The petitioner on 24.06.2019 has applied to the Chief Executive Officer for transferring her at a convenient place, as she is transferred 53 K. M. away from her residential place.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a feeding mother and child is ten months old, the respondent No. 3 shall consider the application filed by

2 914-WP8352-19.doc the petitioner expeditiously and make an endeavor to place the petitioner at the place of convenient in the available vacancies. The decision shall be taken within a period of fifteen (15) days from today. 5.
