Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2 Committee to take decision on the caste validation claim of the petitioner pending before it as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

The petitioner submits that he has already completed the engineering course and has also deposited the requisite fees for three academic years. The petitioner expresses his willingness to deposit the fees for the final year of the decree course. 4.

On deposit of the fees as well as other charges, 1/2

14-wp7366-15.odt Respondent No.1 Institution shall deliver the necessary documents to which the petitioner is entitled. 5.

In the event of validation of the caste certificate by the Committee and in the event of reimbursement of fees by the Government, the Institution shall refund the equivalent amount of fees recovered from the petitioner.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
