DATE : 07.01.2021 P.C.:- Learned counsel Shri Kulkarni states that in the order dated 04.07.2017 vide condition no.2 the applicants were permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Shri Kulkarni further submits that he seeks modification to the effect that instead of solvent surety he may be permitted to furnish bank guarantee. In view of this condition no.2 is modified and applicant is permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing bank guarantee. Civil Application is disposed of. [M.G. SEWLIKAR, J.] mub
