The petitioner is seeking a limited direction to respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a stipulated period of time. The petitioner is a student, and therefore, there is a urgency in the matter.

The learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the Vigilance Cell enquiry report will be ready within a couple of days. 3.

In that view of the matter, respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within eight (08) weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
