Subsequently, the contesting respondent preferred Review Application No.22 of 2025, which came to be allowed by order dated 08.05.2025; and the main Writ Petition came to be restored. Now, the contesting respondent has filed this application for vacating the stay, which was granted in the aforesaid petition.

Learned AGP and learned counsel for the contesting respondent submit that the petition can be heard finally and the application be kept along with the petition.
