This Court is informed that the vigilance cell enquiry report was served upon the petitioners and they have also responded to the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of six months from today.
