The case of the prosecution is that during the raid conducted on 18th April 2015, the applicants were noticed to have been involved in Crime No.II-51/2015, for the offence punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. 3.
The investigation in the present case is complete and chargesheet against the applicants is already filed. 4.
Learned Counsel for the applicants, upon instructions have made a categorical statement that apart from the accusation in the present case against the present applicants, there is no history against the applicants.

As the investigation in the matter is complete and charge-sheet is filed against the applicants, who are noticed to have been involved in the crime in question, it will be appropriate in my opinion to release the applicants on regular bail on following conditions : (I) The applicants be released on bail in connection with the Crime No.II-51/2015 registered at Shrirampur (City) Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties in the like amount by each of them.
(II) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every fourth Saturday between 10.00 am to 11.00 am. (III) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence. (IV) In case the second offence against the present applications under the same Act is registered, the prosecution will be at liberty to apply for cancellation of bail in the present case. 6.
