Learned Counsel for the petitioner confines this petition to prayer clause (C). Learned AGP submits that, due to non cooperation of the petitioner, respondent No.7 is not able to decide the caste claim of the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will extend full cooperation to the respondent NO.7 for early disposal of the caste claim of the petitioner.

7020.13wp In the light of the submission made across the Bar, respondent No.7 is directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible; however, within four months from today. Needless to observe that the petitioner will extend full cooperation to the respondent No.7 for deciding the caste claim of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will appear before respondent No.7 on 7th March, 2016. It may be open for the respondent No.7 to hear the petitioner on the said date or fix subsequent date and decide the caste claim of the petitioner within the period stated above.

Petition stands disposed of on above terms.
