On 04.02.2019, while issuing the notice in the writ petition, the effect and operation of the impugned order was kept in abeyance at the instance of the petitioner/ husband subject to deposit of sum of Rs.15,000/- in the Court within a period of three weeks. Accordingly, the amount has been deposited.

By this Civil Application, the wife seeks withdrawal of the amount of Rs.15,000/-, which request has been gracefully consented to by the learned counsel for the husband.

In the wake of the aforesaid circumstances, the applicant/ wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.15,000/-, which has been
*3* deposited in this Court by the husband. The registry is directed to permit withdrawal of the said amount. Civil Application is made absolute in the aforesaid terms.
