This application is for condonation of delay of 3134 days caused in filing an appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed subject to cost of Rs.3000/- to be paid to the Library of the Advocate Bar Association, High Court of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks from today. The delay stands condoned.
