Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant herein has expired on 18th March, 2008 i.e. during the pendency of this revision application. Learned APP has verified the said fact and has placed on record the death certificate issued by the appropriate authority.

The death certificate is taken on record and marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of this circumstance, the revision application stands abated against present applicant and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
