The Petitioners' grievance is that, their land has been acquired for the construction of a Percolation Tank-3, Pimparwada (Pauldara) on 24/03/2003 and though the percolation tank has been completed and all Contractors have been paid their dues, the petitioners are not paid their compensation amount. 2.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No.1 to look into this matter and redress the grievance of the Petitioners regarding payment of compensation, within a period of 120 days from today. A request of extension of time will not be entertained. 3.

This Petition is disposed off.
