This application is filed seeking cancellation of bailable warrant issued against applicant No.2 i.e. Shobhna Sathe by order dated 21.04.2025 in Criminal Application No. 4237 of 2024. It is submitted that applicant No.2 is a lady of 75 years, suffering from posterior circulation transient ischemic attack with HTN. 02.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

Hence, the application is allowed.

The bailable warrant issued against applicant No.2 vide order

( 2 ) cria2371.25 dated 21.04.2025 by this Court in Criminal Application No. 4237 of 2024 is hereby cancelled.

The applicants to file reply in main matter positively before 25.07.2025, by giving copy to other side. Place the main application on Board dated 25.07.2025.
