PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner seeks directions against the respondent not to insist for validity certificate alongwith preference form of the petitioner belonging to Scheduled Tribe Category.

Learned AGP states that, on 18.6.2015 notification has already been issued wherein directions are also given to accept the application form of the students from Scheduled Tribe Category without validation certificate subject to condition of submitting undertaking and proof of submission of proposal for validation.

In light of the above, said prayer clauses A, B and C becomes redundant. The Committee shall decide validation proceedings in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner preferably and expeditiously within one year. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. 4.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of.
