Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. The learned A.P.P. submits that statements of independent witnesses are recorded however, during the course of investigation, no material is found as against Applicant No.6Surekha Kailas Sonawane. 2.

In that view of the matter, so far as Applicant No.6 - Surekha Kailas Sonawane is concerned, the F.I.R. is quashed.

So far as other Applicants are concerned, on instructions, the learned counsel for the Applicants seeks permission to withdraw the Application. The Application of Applicant Nos.1 to 5 and Applicant No.7 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The Criminal Application is disposed of, accordingly.
