Mr Andhale, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the order of this Court dated 28th November, 2016, passed in Writ Petition No.7932 of 2016 is not complied with and as such, he has taken out the present application with prayer for directions to release salary as per Pay Commission.

Having realized that the remedy to implement the said order is available in some other proceedings, Mr Andhale seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to take out such proceedings for noncompliance of the order dated 28th November, 2016, passed in Writ Petition No.7932 of 2016.

The applicant may take out such proceedings as shall be permissible and available in law.
