The petitioner is making a grievance in respect of attachment of pension account by the Income Tax Department. It has now been informed that the attachment in respect of pension account has been revoked. The petitioner has also taken exception to the action taken by the Income Tax Department by preferring an appeal to the Commissioner, Income Tax Department and it is stated to be pending. It would be open to the petitioner to raise whatever grievance raised in the instant petition before the appellate forum and the appellate forum will consider the same.
