We have heard Mr. Karlekar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for applicants and Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the non applicant.

The applicants seek revocation of the order dated 17.04.2018 on the ground that, the petitioner even after 1994 did not possess the necessary qualification. According to the learned A. G. P. the services of the petitioner from 1994 to 2016 that is the date of retirement were temporary and adhoc. The petitioner does not possess NET/SET or Ph.D. degree.

The dispute would be from 1991 to 1994 as was referred. It appears that, from 1994 onwards the petitioner/respondent was appointed as regular employee and the same was also approved by the university. Even letter of the Director of Higher Education dated 10th April, 2015 recognizes that the petitioner was regular employee from 1.11.1994. On the said background the order dated 17th April, 2018 was passed.

In the light of the above, civil application is rejected. No costs.
