We have heard Mr. Jethliya, learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that, though, the husband of the Petitioner retired on 30.11.2020 and subsequently died in June-2021 the retiral benefits are not paid nor the proposal for pension / family pension and retiral benefits is forwarded by the management.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No. 6 submits that on 12.11.2021 the proposal has been

2 wp 9014.2021 forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Osmanabad for grant of retiral benefits as well as pensionary benefits. The Service Book was lost, the same was reconstructed and the proposal is forwarded.

In that case, the Authorities shall consider the said proposal on it's own merits and take further decision on it, so also, forward it to the Competent Authority i.e. the Accountant General, Nagpur within a period of two (02) months. If any deficiency arises, the management shall comply with the deficiency in the said proposal. The petitioner may also co-operate with the management. Upon receipt of the said proposal, the final decision shall be taken with regard to the retiral benefits / pensionary benefits preferably within a period of six (06) months. 5.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
