Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 24.01.2024, whereby registration of their Second Appeal was refused for non removal of office objections. 3.

There is also a delay of 117 days in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C), subject to cost of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be deposited with the Registry of this Court
