Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after F.A No. 1612 of 2018 is disposed of before the Lok Adalat, as per the order of Lok Adalat, the award amount is deposited before this Court. After disposal of the appeal, original claimant/ appellant Sitabai Gangadhar Bagal died. The applicants are legal heirs and representatives of deceased Sitabai. They want to withdraw the amount deposited before this Court. There are no legal heirs to Sitabai except applicants. Hence learned counsel for the applicants requested to allow the application.
