Heard Mr. Nagargoje, learned Counsel for the petitioner at length. He submits that the order of maintenance is not sustainable. Learned Magistrate has awarded maintenance of Rs.500/-per month, by an order dated 25/08/2000. In the revision preferred by the petitioner, the said order was upheld by an order dated 13/03/2003.

There was no interim relief of staying the order of maintenance granted.

The fact remains that the order of granting maintenance is based on the substantial evidence that was brought on record in the form of documentary and oral evidence, so also, the source of income of the petitioner is taken into account. 4.
