Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No. 2 Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad to take decision on the caste certificate verification claim of the petitioner pending with it, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

It is informed that as a result of failure of the petitioner to submit caste validation certificate, Respondent No.3 University has not declared result of the petitioner for the 3rd Year Bachelor of Engineering 1/2

906.odt examination conduced in year 2016-2017.

Respondent No.3 is directed to declare the result of the petitioner forthwith. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are further directed to permit the petitioner to prosecute further studies, subject fulfilling conditions of eligibility. The petitioner shall be permitted to prosecute further studies subject to result of the caste verification claim pending with the Committee.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
