The learned counsel submits that petitioners are working in a private vocational institute. The petitioners are entitled for 2/3rd salary as payable to the vocational institute run by the Government. The petitioners have given representation to respondent no.2, but no cognizance has been taken.

In case, representation is given by petitioners to respondent no.2 and is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision after hearing all parties concerned including the employer expeditiously, on its own merits, in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four (04) months.
