Rule. Heard finally by consent of all parties. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother of deceased Satish Beera Naik and she is entitled for all benefits of deceased as per law. The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 to 6 submits that the respondent No.4 is the wife of deceased and respondent Nos.5 and 6 are son and daughter of deceased. These respondents have no objection to give 1⁄4th share to the petitioner as she is entitled for it. 3.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to accept 1⁄4th terminal benefits and shares standing in the name of 1/2

927-WP NO.1060 OF 2021.odt deceased Satish Bira Naik. In view of the statements of both the learned counsels, petitions is disposed of accordingly. Respondent No.2 is directed to act accordingly.
