1] Respondent No.3 is served by alternate mode of service and an affidavit has been filed in that regard.

2] This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent No.2 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal of the petitioner tendered in 2011 and pending with the committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one year from today and it is accordingly directed.

3] In the meanwhile, the respondent No.3 is directed to permit the petitioner to continue with the studies and not to take any coercive action on the ground of his failure to submit verification certificate.
