Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 1605 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. Though the respondent is strongly objecting to the application, yet for the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 and 3, the delay stands condoned.
