2. Since the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad has passed the order only about grant of a certified copy, no need to issue notice to the respondent.

The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class has kept in abeyance the application of the present petitioner for issue of certified copy of the application (Exhibit "B").

The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, in law, could not have passed such an order. The order is therefore set aside. The certified copy as per the rules be granted to the petitioner.
