After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for respondent No.1/State and the learned counsel for respondent No.2/victim, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail. The learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with a prayer to expedite the trial as applicant No.1 is suffering from heart disease and he is languishing in jail for more than one year. Leave granted to withdraw the application with a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose it of as early as possible by listing the matter day-to-day.
