It appears that the substantive appeal is pending before the S.D.O., Shirdi, District Ahmednagar and this Writ Petition has been preferred against the order vacating the interim order in favour of the petitioner. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with directions to the S.D.O., Shirdi, District Ahmednagar to dispose off the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible, within a reasonable time and till disposal of the said appeal, the parties to maintain status quo as on today in respect of the suit property.
