The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has made a grievance with regard to his transfer on the ground of couple convenience. Representation is given in August 2019. The same is not yet considered by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar.

Mr. Aghav, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and submits that, the Chief Executive Officer would decide representation of the petitioner (page No. 29), if already not decided within a period of eight (08) weeks from today. 3.

In view of the said statement made, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
