Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent/State.

The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 04.08.2022. Bare allegations against the applicants are that they assaulted the mother of the first informant with kicks and blows. The learned APP would point out that there was a trauma on the nose of the injured. However, he could not produce the material to believe that custodial interrogation of the applicant would serve the purpose. 3.

Considering the facts and the allegations levelled against the applicants, the Court is of the view that this is a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicants by the order dated 04.08.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) amj
