This application is filed for amendment of the appeal memo with a view to introduce the facts that the deceased was a retired Tahsildar, drawing pension more than Rs.12,000/- per month, while the tribunal considered it to be little over Rs.3000/- per month. Same was the stand before the Tribunal. The application for amendment is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
