This petition is filed on 28.7.2022. The petitioner is 58 years of age. His caste validity claim is still pending. Due to non submission of the validity certificate, he was placed on the supernumerary post. By order dated 18.2.2020 passed in Writ Petition no. 2914/2020, he was reinstated and he was directed to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 9.3.2020. By the impugned order dated 13.12.2021, the Committee noticed that his scheduled tribe certificate is defective. The same was confiscated. The petitioner acquired a proper scheduled tribe certificate and tendered it to the Committee. The Committee now has to deal with the said claim. 2.

The learned AGP representing the Committee submits that the Committee would decide the claim of the petitioner, on or before 30th December, 2022. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits

WP No.8271/22 that the petitioner would be superannuating on 30th September 2022.
