Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the Applicant for grant of anticipatory bail, since he is apprehending his arrest in connection with CR No.3015/2015 registered with Police Station, Ausa, District - Latur for the offences punishable under Section/s. 3(1) 3(2)(k)(kh),4(1), 5(kh) of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.

[2] On 30th June, 2015 after receipt of secret information, raid was conducted at the place, which is admittedly owned by the present Applicant, from where victims are rescued. According to the present Applicant, he has no role and he is only the owner of place wherein brothel was running.

2/2 cri.appln. 3846.15..sxw [3] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor pointed out that the present Applicant is having criminal antecedents and offence punishable under the provisions of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act is already registered against him with Police Station, Ausa, District - Latur vide CR No.3023.2014.

[4] Looking to the said aspect, the Applicant is not entitled for any discretionary relief. Hence, the order :-

ORDER

Criminal Application is dismissed.
