This is an application for bringing on record legal representative of deceased Sundrabai Nayak who died on 04.01.2023. The applicant prays that he be incorporated as party respondent in the First Appeal in the place of Sundrabai Nayak (now deceased). 2.

It is contended that there is delay of 820 days in filing this Civil Application. Justifying the delay, it is contended by the applicant that he was not aware of the present court proceedings, and that only after gathering necessary information, did he set the present proceeding in motion. It is further submitted that no prejudice will be caused if the

( 2 ) 945 CA 9701 OF 2025 present Civil Application is allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the Civil Application is allowed. The delay of 820 days is hereby condoned. Legal representatives of deceased Sundrabai Nayak be brought on record. 4.

Applicants are permitted to amend the title clause of the First Appeal and applications, if any, therein. 5.
