The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Peon on compassionate ground is pending since 2017 with the Education Officer, the same is not yet decided. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (page 27) is pending with respondent No.3, the respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously and preferably within four (04) months.
