The learned counsel appearing for the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, on written instructions received from the said Authority, submits that, there is vacant post at Barbadi Kendra Pimpala Lokhande ( बरबडीकेदिपंपळालोखंडे) and the petitioner can be accommodated at the aforementioned place as the Headmistress. The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani is at liberty to absorb the petitioner at the aforementioned place. 3.

We hope and expect that, the said Authority will take expeditious steps. The Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 4.
