DATED : 23rd JULY, 2015 P.C. :- The learned A.G.P. raises preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In the light of that, though Mr. Mathpati, learned counsel, sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. No costs.
