ORAL JUDGMENT (Per Anoop V. Mohta, J.):

Leave is granted to correct name of the petitioner. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally with the consent of learned counsel for the parties. 3.

The petitioner is seeking directions to issue Statement of Marks by accepting Alternative Form in respect of examination held in February 2016 as she requires the same to be submitted before 10th July 2017, as she is otherwise eligible to apply for registration as required for selection process for Health Science Course (NIIT UG 2017).

Admittedly there is delay. However, considering clause 10 and as there is a procedure of depositing the requisite

charges to get the certificate and as there is delay, petitioner would deposit the amount as per clause 10. Petitioner to submit the requisite documents so required i.e. old mark sheet and alternative form by today or tomorrow. In view of the urgency so expressed, and in the interest of justice; and as it is question of future career of the petitioner, we are inclined to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's case as prayed, before 10th July 2017, provided petitioner to comply with all the formalities by today or tomorrow and it is accordingly directed. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Rule made absolute in above terms.
