By filing affidavit in reply, Respondent No.2 has contended that the directions issued by this Court are complied with and the proposal of the Petitioner is decided on 16th June, 2016. 2.

The Petitioner makes a grievance of non payment of interest. In view of compliance of the order, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings for that purpose.
