DATED : 28th NOVEMBER, 2019 PER COURT:- 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that due to efflux of time, this writ petition has become infructuous. 2.

This pertains to the election of the respondent No.2 society for the period from 2006 to 2011. The petitioner was elected member of respondent No.2 society.
