The petitioner had earlier approached the Industrial Court by presenting Complaint (ULP) No.47 of 2014 which was entertained and relief was granted in favour of the petitioner. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of the remedy available in law for redressal of his grievance set out in this

(Order) (2) W.P. No. 10722 of 2017 petition. No interference is called for in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Keeping option of the petitioner open to avail of the alternate remedy as would be available in law, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
