Today, learned counsel for both the dies filed consent terms. They submitted that they have identified the signatures and the parties. It was submitted that Respondent No.1 Shantabai is dead and Respondent No.2 Chandrika is daughter of Respondent No.1 and she is the sole legal representative and she was on record right from beginning. They submit that the parties have settled the dispute out of Court and they want decree in terms of compromise. Seen the terms of compromise.

-:(2):- In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel the appeal is allowed in terms of consent terms. Decree is to be prepared as per the consent terms and to that extent the judgment and decree of the Courts below stand modified.
