Learned Advocate Ms. Narwade, submits that she has instructions of appear even on behalf of respondent no. 3 and she already appears for respondent no. 2.

The petitioner is in need of a corrected school record to the extent of her caste entry. The respondent no. 3 - Headmaster, according to the petitioner, is not accepting her request and not forwarding the proposal.

In the light of the decision of Full Bench of this Court in the matter of Janabai Himmatrao Thakur Versus The State of Maharashtra and others, 2019 (6) Mh.L.J. 769, the authorities will have to take a decision, however, for that respondent no. 3 - Headmaster, will have to forward the proposal to respondent no. 2, who can thereafter, take appropriate decision in the light of clause 26.4 of the School Secondary

Code and in the light of the observations made in the matter of Janabai (supra).

We dispose of the Writ petition by directing the respondent no. 3 to forward the proposal to respondent no. 2, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of one week from today. Once the proposal is received to respondent no. 2, he shall pass an appropriate order in the light of the observations made herein above as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two weeks, thereafter.
