8563.18WP contentions raised in the petition or in the said representations, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the said representations, if already not decided, keeping in view the factual aspect of the matter and also in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 8 weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.
