Learned counsel submits that respondent nos. 2 to 6 have filed appeal before respondent no. 1 and the same is pending since February, 2016. It is not decided yet.

We have asked learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether any interim order is passed in the said appeal, but the learned counsel, on instructions, submits that no interim order is passed. Present petitioners are respondents in the said appeal.

wp8989.18 Petitioners could not justify seeking directions to decide the appeal, as the petitioners are not prejudiced.

If the said appeal is filed before respondent no. 1, respondent no. 1 shall decide it in accordance with law, expeditiously.
