Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. The learned Advocate for the acquiring body is absent. Record shows that as regards present matter is concerned, the amount that has been deposited is Rs.26,32,549/-. Taking into consideration the fact that the acquiring body has filed appeal challenging the quantum of the compensation, the applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that he would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the first appeal.
