This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0457/2021, registered at Kallamb Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 394, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.
(( 2 )) 983-BA-1179-2022 The learned APP would submit that the offence is serious one. The applicant has stabbed the victim in his abdomen. There is eye witness account. He, therefore, urged for rejection of the application.

Perusal of the Medico Legal Certificate would indicate the victim to have suffered simple injuries three in number. True, those are stab injuries. The victim has been discharged from the hospital on third day of his admission. On investigation of the crime, charge-sheet has been filed. It will take time for commencement and conclusion of trial. This Court is inclined to grant the application. Hence, following order:
O R D E R
(i) The Bail Application is allowed.
(ii)The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0457/2021, registered at Kallamb Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 394, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount.
(( 3 )) 983-BA-1179-2022 (iii)The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 12.00 noon and 1.00 p.m. for next eight months.
(iv)The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
