Mr. Gangakhedkar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received information from his client that the communication on the part of the District Magistrate, which is under contempt in the petition has been cured by the said authority. The District Magistrate has passed some orders in compliance of clause No.10 of order dated 14th December 2024 passed by this Court. He further submits that in view of this compliance, the purpose of the contempt petition has been served, and the proceedings may be disposed of.
